Overview
The Introduction to ServiceNow Modules series was created as a structured learning resource designed for beginners entering the ServiceNow ecosystem. The goal of the series was to simplify the initial learning curve by introducing major ServiceNow modules individually and explaining how they fit into real business environments.
Each video focused on the purpose of a specific module, its core functionality, practical use cases, and how organizations use it to solve operational challenges. The content was designed to balance theory with practical understanding, avoiding overly technical explanations while still providing meaningful insight into the platform.
The series covered modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, APM, and GRC, helping learners build a broader understanding of the platform before moving into deeper concepts. Particular attention was placed on creating visually consistent content and beginner-friendly explanations to make learning more approachable.
The project involved an end-to-end content creation process, from researching topics and preparing structured scripts to designing visual assets, recording videos, and handling editing and post-production. The focus was not only on explaining platform concepts accurately, but also on presenting them in a way that felt organized, engaging, and easier to follow.
Selected content from the series was also made available in German-language versions through AI-assisted translation workflows, helping extend accessibility to a wider audience
